Our plans show starting points. After a short scoping call we send a fixed, transparent quote with clear deliverables and timelines — no surprise invoices.

Bank transfer, card, and most major online payment platforms. For international clients we can invoice in your preferred currency where possible.

Yes — typically 40–50% upfront to reserve the team and begin work, with the balance split across milestones and the final delivery.

Work completed and approved at each milestone is non-refundable, but if something isn't right we fix it. We'd always rather make it work than walk away.

A landing page is ~1–2 weeks, a full website or store ~2–4 weeks, and custom software runs from a few weeks to a couple of months depending on scope.

Usually within a week: a discovery call, scope and quote, then we begin. Smaller projects can often start within a couple of days.

We flag risks early, never on the due date. If scope changes or feedback is delayed, we'll re-baseline the timeline together so there are no surprises.

Often, yes. If you have a hard launch date, tell us upfront — we'll confirm whether it's realistic and, if needed, prioritise it with a rush arrangement.

Discovery → scope & quote → design/build in short cycles with regular check-ins → review & revisions → launch → handover and optional support.

Starter includes two rounds; Growth and Scale include unlimited revisions during the build window. We'd rather get it right than count rounds.

Neither, on purpose. We're a studio of 5+ senior freelancers led by Abubakar — agency-level range with freelancer-level pricing, speed and directness.

Absolutely. We regularly extend, fix or redesign existing codebases, stores and brands — no need to start from scratch unless it genuinely helps.

Yes. Most clients keep us on a light retainer for maintenance, new features, SEO and automation tweaks. It's optional and never locked-in.

You do — entirely. On final payment all code, designs and accounts are handed over to you. No lock-in, ever.

Every project includes a post-launch warranty window where we fix any defects free of charge. After that, ongoing fixes are covered by a retainer.
